Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
This policy explains what information Spira Coaching LLC (“Aaron Spira Coaching,” “I,” “we”) collects when you use this website, how it's used, and the choices you have. The short version: I collect only what I need to respond to your consultation request and run my coaching practice, and I never sell your information.
Information I collect
- Information you provide. When you submit the consultation form, I collect your name, email, phone number, and anything you choose to share about your goals, health situation, or preferred coaching option. If you email or call me, I keep that correspondence.
- Automatic information. Like most websites, this site's hosting and analytics may record basic technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page — used only in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
How I use your information
- To review your consultation request and contact you about coaching availability.
- To prepare for and provide coaching services if we work together.
- To respond to questions and maintain records of our communication.
- To improve this website and understand where visitors come from.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I don't send marketing email lists — if you hear from me, it's me personally responding to your request.
Health-related information
You may choose to share information about injuries, conditions, or recovery in your consultation request. This information is used solely to understand your situation and determine whether coaching is a good fit. Coaching is not medical care, and this site is not a HIPAA-covered service — so please don't submit detailed medical records or emergency medical information through the form.
Who has access
Consultation requests come directly to me. Your information may pass through the service providers that run this website — hosting, form processing, and email — under their own privacy and security terms. If we work together and you ask me to coordinate with your healthcare providers, I'll only do so with your permission.
How long I keep it
I keep consultation requests and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, to maintain coaching records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time (see below).
Cookies & analytics
This site may use basic cookies or similar technologies for site functionality and simple visit analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to contact me.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to:
- See the personal information I hold about you.
- Correct or update it.
- Delete it.
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information. To exercise any of these, just email me — no forms or hoops.
Security
I take reasonable measures to protect your information, including limiting access to it and using reputable service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security — but I treat your information the way I'd want mine treated.
Children
This website and my coaching services are intended for adults. I don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact me and I'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If I update this policy, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly at the top.
